My coaching experience was very helpful in looking at my goals, setting priorities and taking action. It was a difficult process for me, but Coach NIhal made it better with her patience and support. Nobody noticed my suffering. She was the first person who really heard me. Knowing her has been a great blessing. She's a beautiful human being with a lot to give to the world, with the way she is coaching I was able to shift my thinking from ‘I don’t know how to do this’ to ‘I can do this without a problem. She supported me in creating a specific game plan for what is ahead of me which I am now really excited about. Finally feel I am on the road to knowing real peace.
